Q: I'm interested in getting an automatic fire sprinkler system installed in my new or existing home. How do I start the process? 

A: A simple email or by telephone call will get you started. 

Q: What will I need in order to receive a proposal? 

A: You will need to provide your basic contact information and a set of plans (digital pdf). The plans should have the following sheets attached to them: Floor Plan(s), Section Drawings, Reflective Ceiling Plan(s), Lighting (if not on the reflective ceiling plan), Site Plan & Title Page with location of the project and general information about the project. 

Q: How long does it take to receive a proposal? 

A: It usually takes 24-48 hours unless its around a holiday. 

Q: How long does it take to get fire sprinkler plans engineered and ready for submittal to the city or county?

A1: If you are in a city, we require water line information from the city prior to starting on the engineering process, this can take anywhere from a few days to a week or longer. Once we obtain the waterline information, engineering turn-around time is typically less than two weeks. 

A2: If you are in the county, engineering turn-around time is less than two weeks from acceptance of the proposal to submittal to the county. 

Q: What areas do you service? 

A: We service all of San Luis Obispo County, most of Monterey County and Santa Barbara County.
